Shipping

Processing time takes 1-10 business days depending on the size of your order.

White labeled or private labeled orders take additional time, depending on the graphic design work involved.(up to 4 weeks)

Our Shipping policy is FOB (Freight on Board). Buyer assumes all responsibility once the package is shipped.  Although, we will always do our best to make sure insurance covers a lost or stolen product, packages are shipped using USPS insurance. Insurance claims are not guaranteed and may not cover the full value of the shipment.

Although we do not have a minimum order value to allow for sampling of products, repetitive sample sized orders may not be processed.

Refunds

All sales are final 

Exchanges  (Damaged during shipping)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@hemphop.co. We will create a shipping label for you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
